Royal Wedding: A Look Back at Bride-to-be Meghan Markle's Fashion Choices Since Her Engagement
With just about a day to go for the big royal wedding of Prince Harry and ex-American actress Meghan Markle, the excitement, anticipation and enthusiasm among fans of the British royal family seems to be on another level, across the globe.

Among other things about the royal wedding that has people from all over the world thrilled, is the curiosity to see the stunning bridal gown that Meghan will wear on her big day. And while we still don't know of the designer behind this year's most anticipated bridal outfit there are rumors are that either Ralph & Russo, Christopher Bailey for Burberry, Erdem or a past royal favorite David Emanuel (The latter being the designer who along with his ex-wife, designed Princess Diana's breathtakingly beautiful and dramatic wedding gown in 1981) will be designing the outfit for Meghan.

However, before we get to see the beautiful bride dressed in a 'trend-setting', 'fashion influencing' gown on May 19, here's a look back at some of the chic yet royal attires that Meghan Markle sported after her engagement to Prince Harry.

For her official engagement portrait photoshoot, Meghan Markle, who wore a fashion-forward Ralph & Russo couture gown, stole the limelight from Prince Harry. The outfit featured a beaded and embroidered partially sheer top and a dark-coloured tulle skirt.

At what was supposedly her first public appearance with the monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, Meghan Markle joined the British royal family and other senior royals at the Commonwealth Day service at London’s Westminster Abbey earlier this year, dressed in a navy sheath dress and a white coat by Amanda Wakeley. A white beret, matching navy clutch and suede heels rounded of Markle's look for the service.

At her first Christmas outing with the royals, where Meghan attended the annual service at St Magdalene Church in Sandringham, the former Suits star stole everyone's thunder in an absolutely stylish royal attire.

Meghan showed off her great fashion sense in a tan coat by Sentarel. The soon-to-be-bride paired her attire with a fascinator-like dark brown hat and matching boots. Meghan also carried a Chloe ‘Pixie’ handbag in brown leather and caramel suede with a gold-coloured handle.

For her visit to Brixton's Reprezent 107.3 FM, Meghan channeled her inner fashionista and put her best fashion foot forward by dressing from head to toe in apparel from British and Canadian brands.

Underneath the coat, she wore a black, round neck, balloon-sleeved sweater by Autograph for Marks and Spencer and paired it with belted, wide-legged Burberry pants. The soon-to-be-bride managed to turn heads when she turned up at the Invictus Games celebration reception hosted by Australia's Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull at the Australia House in London along with fiance Prince Harry, looking spring-ready in a pretty green floral dress that featured a cold shoulder, courtesy Self Portrait.

Meghan, who had mostly opted for nude shades for her public appearances after her engagement to Prince Harry, did not shy away from taking some fashion risk and proving that she knows it all just too well. Meghan looked gorgeous as ever in the dress which she teamed with an Alexander McQueen Grain de Poudre blazer, Roland Mouret bag, and Manolo Blahnik heels to round off her the look. She left her tresses open in loose waves.
