Sunil Chhetri Got Angry When A Fan Threw National Flag For Autograph, Taught Him A Lesson

Sunil Chhetri Got Angry When A Fan Threw National Flag For Autograph, Taught Him A Lesson
Indian football team captain Sunil Chhetri is in news from past few days. Earlier, he urges countrymen to come and watch Blue Tiger’s football matches. And, now he got shocked when a fan threw the national flag on him for getting an autograph just before the match.
At the Mumbai Football Arena during Intercontinental Cup this incident has happened that made Chhetri little angry.
What an effort last night, from the lads on the pitch and the fans in the stands. Only one of the 3 aims has been accomplished. We must not drop the ball.
The Indian flag fell to the ground and a member of the Indian backroom staff unintentionally stepped on the flag. And, then the Indian Captain has seen saying not to do such kind of act again though he will come and meet them after.

In the recent tournament hosted by India, lower-ranked countries like New Zealand (Rank 133), Kenya (Rank 111) and Chinese Taipei (Rank 121) were taken part.
Well, back on Thursday in Intercontinental Cup New Zealand won the match against India by 2-1, even after Chhetri getting a goal in the 48th minute.
Well, the appeal of Sunil also took forward by Virat Kohli and he said:
Please take notice of my good friend and Indian football skipper @chetrisunil11's post and please make an effort.
“My good friend and Indian football captain posted (video) sometime back. I want to request everyone to watch Indian football team play. Anyone who loves any kind of sport, go and cheer the team at the stadium because they are working hard. They are a talented side and I have seen the players evolve and learn over last few seasons. They have got so much better in their games.”
“This will also go down a long way in contributing towards the sporting culture that is the vision for all of us to see in our country. If you want to be called a proud sporting nation, we need to accept and support all the sports equally.” said Virat.
