She is the youngest confirmed birth mother in medical history of the world. She was merely 5 years old, when she felt unusual pain. When her family decided to take her to doctor, what doctor saw left everybody awestruck. He reported her pregnancy. Her baby’s father could never be identified. Her son was brought up believing that her mother was her sister. He was told the truth when he was 10 years old. Lina married 33 years later to another man and lived a quiet life after then.
2. Sherry Johnson
Sherry was 10 years old, when she gave birth. The father of her child was an adult member of church, this fact created a horrifying situation for both morally and legally. Her mother asked Sherry that what she felt about marrying that man, apart from how young Sherry felt she agreed and a Florida judge approved the marriage in order to terminate the criminal case pending against the church member. At 10, she gave birth to a daughter and at 11 she married the man. This wasn’t the last, Sherry now went to have 9 children with her now ex husband. Their marriage failed, and after years of misery Sherry finally decided to leave for her own good.
3. Tyler Barker
Alfie Patten was announced as the world’s first baby-faced father. He was 12 years old when he had baby with a Shantel Steadman who was 13. Alfie’s family did agreed to take the responsibility of the baby. Later, it was revealed that he was not the actual father of the baby. His family believed that the allegation was arouse by Shantel and her family to gain lucrative media deals. After that, several boys proclaimed that they could be the father. It was ended up with Tyler Barker, who was 15 years old being the real father. He broke down sobbing when he heard of the paternity test results. He agreed to have hooked up in drunken one night stand when he was 13.
4. Sean Stewart
Sean Stewart was just 11 years old, when he got his next door neighbor 15-year old Emma Webster pregnant. At the time of their dating, Sean used to climb the roof just to hook up with Emma after dark. Although, the pair used protection but one time it failed. The result was Emma’s pregnancy. His son was born just a day after his 12 birthday. Emma completed her degree and married someone else. Sean never stayed too long at any place, he started traveling. He ended up in jail for 7 years for a theft case.

April Webster discovered that she is pregnant when she just became a teenager. She was 13, the same age as of her boyfriend Nathan Fishbourne. The day before her 14th birthday, she discovered that she was pregnant. Despite his young age, Nathan was thrilled to be a father and loved caring for his son. Both families were shocked first and then accepted the fact that, they now have a grandson.
6. Tressa Middleton
Tressa Middleton was only 9 years old, she started drinking and partying. She then suddenly found herself pregnant at the age of 11. Tressa was assaulted by her own brother. She was shocked and broke when she knew this. Her brother was imprisoned for 4 years. Tressa ended up giving the baby for adoption. She gave up drinking and drugs to deal with her trauma and got engaged. She and her fiance struggled to conceive and she was depressed. Finally, she was able to announce a healthy pregnancy. Tressa describes pregnancy bittersweet. She’s looking forward to finally getting a chance to be a mother yet worries that her first child will think that she was replaced by a new one.
7. World’s Youngest Father
His identity have been kept secret, but we know the age of the world’s youngest father that is 11. He is from Auckland. He had this child with a 36-year-old woman. She was the mother of the boy’s friend from school. Now she is facing criminal charges because of a boy’s age. She could spend 20 years in jail. It is been reported that she coerced the young boy into several encounters that eventually ended up in pregnancy. This 11 year father confessed to the principle who promptly alerted authorities. Both the young boy and his son are in the care of the state currently.
8. Unknowing Mother
This is a case of Indian. A ten-year old girl was taken to hospital, after complaining repeatedly about stomach ache, there her family discovered that she is pregnant. Her parents petitioned India’s supreme court to allow her daughter to terminate her pregnancy but were denied their request. In India, termination after week 20 is Illegal, she was 30 weeks pregnant. She ended up giving birth. Her parents decided to put up baby for adoption. As for the mother, she still doesn’t know about the baby. She was told that she had some disease that was removed.
9. Mollie Syrigos
One among Australia’s youngest parent is Mollie Syrigos. She was only 13 when she discovered that she is pregnant with the child of her then 14 years old boyfriend, Oskar Wilks. Everyone around her was encouraging her to terminate the pregnancy, but she chose to keep the baby. Oscar has been supportive of Molly and their son and the couple had stayed together. Today, Molly is 15 and Oscar is 16 and they are expected a new member to their family.
10. System Failure
In this case, Australia’s department of community services admits that they really dropped the ball. A father alerted the organization that his ex- wife was allowing his daughter to share a bed with her older boyfriend. At the time they told them that there was nothing they could do about the situation. Later, when the father was horrified to discover his now 12 years old daughter was pregnant. The organization admits that they had made a mistake by not intervening and claimed that they were stretched too thin and this case was not considered urgent at the time. At Least the department of community services i snow stretching up and a promise to support and parenting for the young girl. Her father has also stepped up and claimed that he will also ensure of his grandchild.
