Johnny Lever is a well-known personality of Indian television as well as Hindi film industry.
Belonged to Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh, he was born in a Telugu Christian family. He was not capable of completing his school education owing to his family’s financial troubles. He began working with his dad at HUL however in spare time, he entertains his coworkers by imitating Bollywood stars.
During 1982, he bagged an opportunity to work with Big B, and during this time, he got noticed by ace star Sunil Dutt and he gave him a film “Dard Ka Rishta”.

A big change in life
His son got detected with cancer and it shook the actor completely. This changed his life and his faith in God augmented.
On this, he stated, “It was God’s will. I had always been a religious person, but one incident changed my life. My son was diagnosed with cancer. I was helpless and turned to God for help. I stopped working in films and spent all my time praying for him. Ten days later, when he was taken for a test, the doctors were surprised because cancer had vanished. It was the beginning of a new life for me.”
